Firehouse Ribs
1 cup Fireman's Choice BBQ Sauce
Fireman's Choice Blackening spice & Rub
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Rub with blackening spice
and triple wrap in aluminum foil. Place on broiler pan. Bake
an 450 degrees for 45 MIN or until tender. Remove foil. Brush
with Fireman's Choice BBQ Sauce and continue to broil 15 MIN.
Serve extra BBQ sauce with ribs.
Firehouse BBQ Meat Loaf
1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
2 pounds ground beef
1-1/2 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup Fireman's Choice barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients
except 1/3 cup barbecue sauce. In a 13 x 9 inch baking or
roasting pan, shape into loaf. Top with reserved barbecue
sauce. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Let stand
10 minutes before serving.
Grilled Chicken Rub
Rub Fireman's Choice mixture over surface of chicken. Place
in shallow dish. Cover; refrigerate about 1 hour. Reduce pre-heated
grill to low. Cook 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender
and juices run clear.
